Over the past 15 years, I have spent countless hours discussing the importance of weight loss with my patients through a healthy well balanced diet; exercise, and enjoying food in moderation. And while these recommendations still ring true, many continue to struggle to shift the scale in their favor. And while many people will put their best foot forward and try their very best, they just don’t see the results that they are looking for. This often leads to frustration and many people fall back into old habits and routines.
