Clomiphene is often used with testosterone replacement therapy to help maintain fertility and help prevent testicular atrophy. It works by blocking estrogen from binding to the pituitary gland which in turn increases our natural levels of FSH and LH in men. Clomiphene helps to increase both sperm and testosterone production
Enclomiphene

Enclomiphene is a form of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) that uses an oral capsule instead of injections or topical gels. Unlike other forms of TRT, enclomiphene does not contain synthetic testosterone. It works by increasing our own natural levels of LH (Luteinizing Hormone) which in turn can increase natural testosterone production.
